Wild Rosella Jam is a tart jam made from the Wild Rosella Fruit found growing wild in the far North Tropics of Queensland. Use as a condiment in place of traditional jams and conserves.

Ideal added to demi glaze. Marinate lamb rumps with Wild Rosella Jam, Balsamic vinegar, red wine and a dash of garlic and bake. great on muffins, toasts and crumpets. Makes a wonderful Devonshire Tea with scones and cream.Use as a spread on sponges before filling or with pancakes or crepes. Add to pan juices or stock for a tangy sauce for all white meats and particulary good with lamb
